Description: TINE Bestemorost is an extra sweet and dark brown cheese, with a caramel-like taste. Brunosten is made according to an old, traditional recipe from Rondane. The cheese goes just as well with wheat cakes, biscuits, shortbread and lefse as it does with regular bread.
