TORO Chocolate Muffins are airy with a good taste of real chocolate. They taste super good both with and without icing and are an innertier in children's birthdays. TORO chocolate muffins can be made as small muffins (16 pieces) or large muffins (8-10 pieces) and are also completely gluten-free.
Preparation
1. Set the oven to 200 °C (with hot air 190 °C).
2. Mix the contents of the bag with 1.5 dl of water and 100 g of melted butter or 1 dl of liquid margarine/oil, and stir to a smooth mixture.
3. Divide the batter into 12-14 muffin tins. Fill the molds ¾ full.
4. Bake on the middle rack for approx. 12-15 minutes.

Sugar, wheat starch (gluten-free), Eggs, fat-reduced cocoa 5%, rice flour, potato starch, leavening agent (baking powder (sodium diphosphate, sodium carbonate, calcium phosphate)), rapeseed oil, salt, vanillin, thickener (xanthan gum)
